Cinematic Odyssey Exposed: Legacy
Past Life follows the audacious journey of two sisters in the late 1970s, as they unearth a startling wartime enigma that has loomed over their lives like a shadow. The sequence’s aesthetic is a homage to two design pioneers: Soul Bass, renowned as the 'father' of title sequences, and Josef Muller Brockmann, a luminary of modern design. Meticulously crafted, the title sequences harmonize with the film’s opening music and narrative, akin to the final touch of a flawless recipe. Drawing inspiration from the film’s ambiance, the color palette and typography are imbued with the typographic trends prevalent in 1970.
